How do I record training for an employee?

Add the employee as a person, then add a record with the training name, the completion date, the expiry date and the certificate.

Can I store the training certificate?

Yes. Attach the certificate to the record and download it again whenever it is asked for. Files stay private to your organisation.

Will I get one email per record?
